@HibiscusPizza We posted in the FB event for the actual festival. Directly to the users associated w the event. Posting to our page does not reach the audience who have RSVPd so that is what we posted in the event page. We thank u for the feedback & forwarded ur suggestion to our events team.
@HibiscusPizza As mentned on ur FB post We notified direct ticket holders & FB follwers. Groupon was notified weeks ago. If u got tix from Groupon, they've been authorizd to refund & we apologize for them not notifying u. We unfortunately have no control how/when Groupon notifies its users
